Molly has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the manufacturing, information technology and software solutions industries. At Data Masons she oversees the delivery, sales, operations and implementation of EDI solutions to a wide range of manufacturers and distributors. Since joining our team in 2015 she has more than doubled the company’s workforce, increased revenue by more than 130 percent, and produced double-digit YOY profitability — all while streamlining operations and increasing customer satisfaction, maintaining a 98-percent client retention rate.
Possessing an extensive understanding of ERP solutions, combined with an extensive background in sales and marketing, she previously served as vice president of business development for Business Technology Partners, a division of Miller Cooper & Co., where she directed all sales teams and sales activities. Molly was also president and partner at alphaSlGMA, an ERP consulting firm that was acquired by Dutch software company Exact; she then became part Exact’s executive management team, acting as general manager for the Americas, leading strategic business planning and implementing a variety of growth initiatives.
Molly earned a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering from Northwestern University, and holds MCP, MCSE, MCDBA and ISO Auditor certifications.
