What You Know

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate with some customer service or technical support experience who is looking for an opportunity to get in on the ground floor and grow with us. Some practical knowledge of EDI is helpful but isn’t required.

What You’ll Do

As an EDI Support Dispatcher, you are the first line of communication for our customers when handling their requests for any kind of support. Excellent customer service will be your absolute #1 priority, You will ask questions in order to fully under the customer questions and requests. Once you have gathered enough information, you will direct the request to the appropriate department which can include support, sales, mapping UDT and special projects. You’ll familiarize yourself with customer history and form relationships with them. You will also research the knowledge base to assist customers will troubleshooting while they wait for the correct department to assist. 

Additional Need-to-Knows

This is a full-time position with a monthly salary and benefits. You will from your home-office so a strong wi-fi connection and quiet place to work is essential. You will need to be available during US-hours. Some weekends may be needed with advance notice.

The Big Idea

The Support Specialist is responsible for providing excellent and advanced high-level technical support for customers of Data Masons Software by researching customer reported incidents and providing sound solutions in a timely manner. The Support Specialist also will produce reference materials and technical instruction to other team members when needed.

What You'll Do

Your number one goal is to provide outstanding service levels at every turn and never missing an opportunity to “wow.”

  • You will communicate with our customers effectively through multiple channels, always with the highest degree of truthfulness, proactiveness and reliability.
  • You’ll document and track issues logged into our support ticketing system by researching, performing root cause analysis and ultimately, resolving the issue.
  • You’ll be expected to maintain a high level of productivity by resolving a specified number of support tickets per month.
  • You’ll manage your time effectively and monitor your workflow well to ensure no customer needs aren’t being met
  • Most work can be expected to be completed during third shift, but can vary depending on company needs. Weekend shifts are required but will be rotated amongst the team.
  • You won’t need to travel much in this role as most work can be done remotely but plan to come to Florida for our annual all-hands company meeting every January.

The EDI Consultant position is responsible for solving complex business interactions by implementing EDI software developed by Data Masons to integrate transaction data with Microsoft ERP platforms as well as other business applications in advanced distribution and manufacturing environments.

 Your knowledge of EDI integration and EDI standards will be especially critical to understanding our customers and our solutions. You have experience with end-to-end solution implementations. You likely have some experience with mapping and other development skills. Intermediate to advanced SQL skills will put you ahead of the pack.

  • Your primary goals as a consultant consist of systems and solution analysis, implementation of projects as defined in detailed statements of work, problem identification, troubleshooting and resolution using advanced data transformation tools.
  • You will attend internal and customer meetings as required, execute technical and functional projects and generate documentation and statements of work.
  • You’ll be expected to maintain a high level of productivity by maintaining a consistent billability of 78% (based on a 40-hour work week)
  • Because you’ll likely work multiple projects at once, you’ll need to manage your time effectively by monitoring internal workflow as well as project plans.
  • You won’t need to travel much in this role as most work can be done remotely but plan to come to Florida for our annual all-hands company meeting every January.
  • Lastly and perhaps most importantly, you will constantly strive for service excellence in order to “wow” our customers.

Director of Marketing

Who You Are

You have experience leading marketing in a startup environment for a growing global B2B software company. You're both creative and analytical – adept at testing new outbound concepts as well as measuring existing programs and optimizing performance. You'll need to be a doer, a self starter that can simply get things done without continuous supervision. You should have experience devising and executing strategic programs as well as managing tactical marketing processes using internal and external resources. Experience with Account Based Marketing (ABM) is a must. 

 

What You'll Do

· Brand. Own and be responsible for building the Data Masons brand.

· Marketing processes. Execute defined marketing programs to support the company’s overall growth strategies and objectives. Test and learn.

· Communications. Develop and oversee day-to-day implementation of the overall marketing messaging, creative, events and PR. 

· Lead Gen. Data Mason’s lead generation efforts targeting enterprise companies throughout the world.

· Market development. Align account based marketing (ABM) strategy with the sales organization including campaigns for outreach to prospects, ensuring quality, conversions, and a high ROI.

· Channel & Product marketing. Plan and execute product marketing operations, ensuring the product is positioned well and communicated strongly to customers, prospects, and the channel.

· Analytics. Establish goals and create a strategy for meeting marketing deliverables and metrics; work with the rest of the marketing team to establish team and individual goals and metrics.

· Team. Build and manage a highly efficient team of marketing professionals.

· Partnerships. Create a solid network of strategic partnerships and channel stimulus. 

 

What You Know and What You've Done

· Experience and understanding of the entire marketing mix.

Proven experience as Director of Marketing or similar role

· 5+ years of director level marketing management experience

· Experience with complex B2B software solutions and services

· Strong experience with brand management

· A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities

· Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product marketing, etc.)

· Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods

The Project Manager is responsible for the success of assigned projects by leading/managing expectations and deliverables using the Data Masons project methodology. These responsibilities include leading projects by delivering every project on time within budget and scope.

Who You Are

You have a background in business skills and processes, management, budgeting and analysis. You are a master communicator – you can talk with anyone from those on the ground floor to C-level executives. You have an understanding of EDI or have managed EDI projects in the past. You are skilled at getting the best out of the people and projects that you oversee. You thrive when planning projects and working with project teams. Your organizational skills are top-notch; your eye for detail means nothing slips through the cracks on your watch. You are both loyal and dedicated; when you say you are going to do something, you follow through - always.

What You’ve Done and What You Know

You have a degree; it might be in computer science, engineering or IT but it might be in something completely different. If you don’t have a technical degree, you’ll definitely have at least 5 years’ of related project management experience. You have a proven track record of leading complex projects from start to finish. We’d prefer that you have your PMP or MS SureStep certification. Your knowledge of ERPs and EDI would be especially beneficial to us.

What You’ll Do

Your main focus is two-fold: 1. To ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and under budget and 2. To communicate effectively with all levels of our customers’ business, from the workshop floor to the penthouse.

To achieve that, you’ll coordinate and allocate internal resources and third parties and ensure that those resources are available. You’ll develop a detailed project plan to track progress and measure the project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. You’ll know when it’s time to escalate issues to management, and you’ll report to them on a regular basis.

The Big Picture

The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Sales team by processing orders, communicating the status of orders including 3rd party product orders and software licenses, as well as creating quotes and communicating with customers. Knowledge of product offerings, licensing and pricing is used daily.

You have at least 3 years of experience working in a sales support or operations support role . We’d prefer that you have worked remotely for 3-5 of those years. BS/BA is nice to have but not required.

 

What You’ll Do

Think of yourself as the liaison between the Sales team and customers. You’ll spend a majority of your time talking with both. You’ll maintain and manage licensing, our internal CRM, prepare quotes, process proposals, order software, answer licensing questions and provide general administrative support for the Sales team. You can expect to work full-time typically between 8:30-5:30 M-F.
