Support Dispatcher

Department: EDI Support

Summary: The Dispatcher is responsible for processing inbound customer requests and ensuring excellent service for Data Masons customers. The Dispatcher will assist with acknowledging receipt of requests with clients, reviewing requests to ensure all needed information was provided and directing inbound requests to the correct staff and/or department. The Dispatcher will also handle inbound calls to the support line and assist with status updates and escalations.

Essential Functions:

  • Customer Communications: The Dispatcher is expected to effectively communicate in writing and orally.  This includes timely responses to new requests to ensure compliance with Data Masons SLA, assist with gathering all needed information, answer status questions and help with escalating urgent and high priority requests.  Dispatcher will answer inbound calls from client and assist with basic questions.

  • Inbound Customer Requests: The Dispatcher is expected to review all inbound requests and ensure they are directed to the correct staff and/or departments in-order for Data Masons to provide quick responses and timely resolves. They will review customer history and client notes to ensure current request/s are not part of an existing request, part of a project and/or require special care.  The Dispatcher will research the knowledgebase articles and send any related articles to clients in-order to assist with troubleshooting while they wait for the next available Tier 1 specialist to assist.

  • Direction: The Dispatcher is expected to direct certain inbound requests to different departments and/or staff. This includes the following:
    • Tier 1 escalations
    • Basic map changes to the Mapping Team
    • VAN and RSSBus Support to the VAN and RSSBus Support Teams
    • Sales related requests to the Sales Team
    • Basic Installation and Server/Networking questions to the Installation Team
    • UDT Support to the UDT Support Team
    • Open Project requests to the Consulting and PM Teams

  • Service: The Dispatcher is expected to provide outstanding quality service to our customers.  Quality service is measured by positive customer feedback, customers willing to serve as a Data Masons reference, customers willing to provide a written or video success story and conversely by complaints. 

 

  • Time/Workflow Management: The Dispatcher is expected to manage their time effectively and monitor workflow to ensure customer and colleague needs are met.  Workflows should be properly documented for historical reference and visibility to status and solution.

Supervisory Responsibility:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Managed Services Team Lead

Summary: The Managed Services Team Lead is responsible for providing direction, instruction and guidance for a group of EDI Specialists within the Managed Services Team. In this role, you will coordinate with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience. The responsibilities include account management through effective communication with both internal team members and customers.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts

AX Developer

Department: Development

Status: Full-time/Exempt

Reports To: Entity Development Manager

Travel: Minimal travel (typically 1-2 times a year)

Summary: The AX Developer will use the latest technologies to develop AX and EDI integration solutions as part of the Data Masons Development team. They must have experience designing solutions in a Microsoft Dynamics AX environment as well as traditional non-AX specific environments. They must be proficient in X++, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Visual Studio, and XML.

Essential Functions:

    • Experience coding for Dynamics AX (D365 a plus)
    • Experience in architecting, planning, testing and deploying Dynamics AX solutions
    • Analyze business specifications and convert these into technical specifications

    • Integrate logic and understanding of business operations, D365 business processes, and Data Masons EDI processing into a final solution for clients.

EDI Managed 

Summary: The EDI Managed Services Specialist partners with Data Masons customers by serving as their EDI Coordinator with unique expertise in EDI and Data Masons EDI software. The Specialist’s goal is to provide the high level of service achieved when expertise, resources, and teamwork are applied in a tightly integrated customer relationship.

EDI Consultant (US/Canada)

Status: Full-time

Job Description:

The EDI Consultant position is responsible for solving complex business interactions by implementing EDI software developed by Data Masons to integrate transaction data with Microsoft ERP platforms as well as other business applications in advanced distribution and manufacturing environments.

Essential Functions:

  • Consulting: This role is an individual contributor role and is expected to perform tasks that include systems and solution analysis, implementation of projects as defined in detailed statements of work, problem identification, troubleshooting and resolution using advanced data transformation tools. The candidate will attend internal and customer meetings as required, execute technical and functional projects and generate documentation and statements of work. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders as well as business users. The ability to manage time effectively as a consultant may work on multiple projects concurrently.
  • Consultants are expected to be productive by billing 78% of their available capacity which is 40 hours per a normal 5-day work week. Work times are Monday – Friday except in occasional circumstances requiring weekend work.

Senior Software Engineer

Who We Are:
