Job Description:

The Customer Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and develop new business from these existing clients. The Customer Account Manager will answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. This role also includes developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales quotes and proposals. In this role, you will coordinate with cross-functional internal teams (including Consulting and Support) to improve the entire customer experience.

This position will take direction from the Director of Business Development and work closely to formulate individual target account strategies that the incumbent is responsible for implementing successfully.

  • Evaluate customers’ needs and Identify Opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell within your assigned customers

Managed Services Specialist (Philippines)

Job Description:

The Managed Services Specialist partners with Data Masons customers by serving as their EDI Coordinator with unique expertise in EDI and Vantage Point. The Specialist’s goal is to provide the high level of service achieved when expertise, resources, and teamwork are applied in a tightly integrated customer relationship.

  • Acting as EDI Coordinator:
    • Apply Vantage Point expertise to ensure excellent EDI process performance

    • Become the trusted advisor for EDI stakeholders

Manager, EDI Mapping

Status: Full-time

Job Description:

This is a leadership as well as individual contributor role. The EDI Mapping Manager is responsible for creating and modifying EDI and non-EDI maps for translating data between ERP applications via EDI, XML, CSV, Web Services, API’s, Https, etc. This individual will use the Data Masons mapping tool. The position requires development as well as significant testing of new maps and modified maps.

This can be a very technical role as many of our integrations, maps, and connectors may encompass more than traditional EDI. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with not only EDI and a traditional mapping tool but also Visual Studio and at least one of the following: C#, VB.NET, JAVA, HTML, SQL, XML. However, a demonstrated proficiency in all of the following is desired: EDI (X12 or EDIFACT), C#, SQL, and XML.

In addition, this person will lead a team of EDI Mappers and help each team member achieve their objectives on a day to day basis.

  • Promote best practices and knowledge transfer between team members
  • Promote knowledge transfer between delivery, mapping and entity team
  • Create and develop process improvement in the mapping team in general but also between mapping and other departments (delivery, development, support)
  • Manage resources effectively and maintain adequately trained staff levels to support demand
  • Ensure Data Masons mapping team is following best practices and optimizing existing mapping
  • Lead, mentor, and develop staff to improve skill sets and promote professional development growth

  • Mapping: This role includes creating and maintaining EDI Integration maps using the Data Masons proprietary mapping tool, XML support, design and mapping, SQL database query development (queries/views), working with clients to provide technical support for maps, providing technical mapping guidance to coworkers, attending internal and customer meetings as required, complete required documentation, communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, manage multiple tasks.
  • Service: Mappers are expected to provide outstanding quality service to our customers. Quality service is measured by positive customer feedback, number of map fixes submitted on new maps, team lead evaluation of map conformation to defined Data Masons rules and best practices.
  • Customer Communications: This person is expected to effectively communicate in writing and orally. This includes timely responses to inquiries, proactive follow-up, clear and truthful explanations of our work and our solution. Proper documentation for historical purposes is required.
  • Time/Workflow Management: This person is expected to manage their time effectively and monitor workflow to ensure customer and colleague needs are met.  Workflows should be properly documented for historical reference and visibility to status and solution.
  • Productivity: Consultants are expected to be productive by processing map requests submitted in the queue.  The number of map requests varies based on the complexity of the map task being processed. Targets are reviewed monthly with the Mapping Team Lead.

EDI Consultant (US/Canada/Philippines)

Status: Full-time

Job Description:

The EDI Consultant position is responsible for solving complex business interactions by implementing EDI software developed by Data Masons to integrate transaction data with Microsoft ERP platforms as well as other business applications in advanced distribution and manufacturing environments.

Essential Functions:

  • Consulting: This role is an individual contributor role and is expected to perform tasks that include systems and solution analysis, implementation of projects as defined in detailed statements of work, problem identification, troubleshooting and resolution using advanced data transformation tools. The candidate will attend internal and customer meetings as required, execute technical and functional projects and generate documentation and statements of work. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders as well as business users. The ability to manage time effectively as a consultant may work on multiple projects concurrently.
  • Consultants are expected to be productive by billing 78% of their available capacity which is 40 hours per a normal 5-day work week. Work times are Monday – Friday except in occasional circumstances requiring weekend work.
  • Service Quality: Data Masons is an organization that strives for service excellence. Candidates that have a personal commitment to quality will receive preference for advancement.
  • Communication Skills: This consultant is expected to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
