Trilliant Spills the Beans About How to Grow Without Adding Headcount

August 21, 2017 @ 18:08 PM

EDI is New, So Where Do I Start:

Founded in Madison, Wisconsin in 1979 as Victor Allen’s® Coffee, Trilliant's growth had been fueled both organically and through acquisitions over the years. A well known, regional player, Trilliant wanted to make an even bigger name for themselves. They built a new state-of-the-art facility which required state-of-the-art EDI software to help facilitate and sustain their growth. But the new customer operations manager, Jolene Werth, was new to EDI.

Werth reached out to Data Masons and received the support she needed, including a few days of intensive face-to-face training, to prepare for a successful EDI deployment.

It Was Meant to Be

With a successful deployment under her belt, Werth now reflects, “I’m considered the EDI specialist here and that’s not my primary job. I’m a Customer Service Manager who needs to remain focused on creating happy customers. Vantage Point has helped with that.”

Since Vantage Point was deployed, Trilliant, a Microsoft Dynamics AX customer, went from one EDI customer to thirty and has done so without adding any additional customer service headcount, a true testament to the power of Data Masons’ EDI. Clearly, this partnership was meant to bean.
