If you haven't yet taken advantage of the Vantage Point EDI Customer Portal, then you're missing out on your benefits, including more efficient customer support. We encourage you to get started today to gain access to these exclusive benefits:
  • Log support requests through the Customer Portal;
  • Search the extensive knowledgebase;
  • Track the status of your open support requests; and
  • Submit a quote request for additional software and/or trading partner maps.

And Premium Support Customers get the additional benefits of:

  • Accessing the Live Technical Support Chat feature through the Vantage Point EDI Customer Portal, 8:30am - 8:00pm Eastern, Monday - Friday; and
  • Receiving a response within 1 hour after logging a support request.
