Senior EDI Consultant

Our Senior EDI Consultants provide the full lifecycle of project execution including implementation, project planning, management of project timelines within budgeted hours, mapping adjustments and training. We work with our ERP partners to implement our solutions from kickoff through go-live. Large projects often require multiple consultants and therefore working together in project teams is also an important component of working at Data Masons. Data Masons provides our team members with extensive training and assistance from a helpful team.

We are seeking an experienced and technically savvy EDI Technical Consultant who possesses a Bachelor’s degree with 3 to 5+ years experience in an EDI related field as well as the following:

  • Associates degree minimum, Bachelors degree strongly preferred
  • Accounting system (ERP) integration experience – Microsoft Dynamics GP, Dynamics AX or Dynamics NAV experience preferred but not necessary
  • Consumer and retail oriented product experience, heavy equipment or automotive supply chain experience preferred
  • Knowledgeable in EDI Mapping, XML, SQL and related tools
  • Knowledge of current EDI standards
  • Light travel (3-4 trips per year) required

Senior Software Developer

The software developer will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining the existing Data Masons software solutions. This involves software development using the Microsoft platform (C#/VB/VB.NET/SQL) to add features based on customer requirements. The developer will responsible for the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) including interpreting requirements, developing the solution and testing the results.

  • Software development (maintain/enhance/support/test)
  • SQL database query development (queries/views/stored procedures/performance tuning)
  • XML support, design and mapping
  • Work with clients to provide technical support of Data Masons solutions
  • Create and maintain EDI Integration maps using proprietary mapping tool
  • Migration of existing tools to .NET
  • Provide technical guidance to coworkers
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
  • 10 years of software development experience
  • 5 years experience with .NET (C# preferred)
  • 5 years experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2005 or higher)
  • 2 years experience with Visual Basic 6
  • 1 year experience with XML & XPATH development and design
  • 1 year experience with Azure preferred
  • 1 year experience with EDI integration preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with VMWare/Citrix/Radmin or other virtual/remote connection
  • Experience with source code version control (TortoiseSVN preferred)

Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Marketing Manager with the ability to initiate solid conceptual ideas with practical applications to be responsible for the creation of our new customer, existing customer and partner positioning, sales messaging, sales channel promotional support, sales collateral, website management and social media direction. We will rely on you to cultivate, identify and deliver qualified sales prospects that become new clients or create opportunities for existing customers to purchase additional Data Masons software or services, thereby increasing the company’s revenue. Additionally, you must cultivate, identify and deliver qualified partner prospects that become resellers or recommenders of Data Masons to their prospects or customers. You will direct all marketing communications, social media outreach, event management, advertising and public relations activities to ensure the company's overall mission, corporate objectives and key messages are communicated accurately and effectively.

  • Create content to be used across each of the company’s marketing outlets
  • Control all event, advertising and public relations projects, assuring the company's image/perception and current product positioning is reflected accurately and consistently to the market
  • Track, monitor and report on the key metrics of all demand generation campaigns, to help quantify the overall marketing impact against business goals
  • Create yearly marketing plan and budget
  • Develop global, innovative demand and lead generation strategies across website, SEO, webinars, events, e-mail, social media and more
  • Manage the social media tools to drive company and product awareness
  • Set and manage program objectives to meet pipeline targets, improve engagement and advance sales
  • Manage the execution of end-to-end demand and lead generation programs from concept to execution, follow-up and measurement
  • Develop all corporate content, including collateral, sales tools, social media efforts (Facebook, Twitter, blogs, etc.) and press releases
  • Work directly with Sales to define and roll-out demand and lead generation programs, provide sales enablement tools and ensure alignment of targets and goals
  • Design, manage and update the website and ensure ability to convert traffic to qualified leads
  • Plan, coordinate and participate in tradeshows, industry events and speaking opportunities to generate brand awareness
  • Deliver and maintain a comprehensive set of marketing reports and metrics consistent with sales team and executive management needs
  • Monitor competitive activity and market trends
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or closely related field
  • 5+ years experience in marketing with 3 years technology marketing preferred
  • 3+ years experience in the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) field
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Ecosystem is a plus
  • Strong verbal, written and communication skills
  • Light travel (4-5 trips per year) is required
