Job Description:

The EDI Consultant position is responsible for solving complex business interactions by implementing EDI software developed by Data Masons to integrate transaction data with Microsoft ERP platforms as well as other business applications in advanced distribution and manufacturing environments.  

Essential Functions:

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Consulting: This role is an individual contributor role and is expected to perform tasks that include systems and solution analysis, implementation of projects as defined in detailed statements of work, problem identification, troubleshooting and resolution using advanced data transformation tools. The candidate will attend internal and customer meetings as required, execute technical and functional projects and generate documentation and statements of work. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders as well as business users. The ability to manage time effectively as a consultant may work on multiple projects concurrently.
  • Consultants are expected to be productive by billing 78% of their available capacity which is 40 hours per week. Work times are Monday – Friday except in occasional circumstances requiring weekend work. Paid time off includes a generous allotment of personal days and national holidays.
  • Service Quality: Data Masons is an organization that strives for service excellence. Candidates that have a personal commitment to quality will receive preference for advancement.

Sales Support Representative

Status: Full-time / Exempt

Job Description:

The Sales Support representative’s job entails selling or introducing Data Masons EDI Solutions products or services to new prospects and partners. The Sales Development Representative position has been created as a pathway to ensure a successful transition to a commissioned Business Development Manager. In this hands-on role, you will learn from the ground up how to successfully prospect, apply the sales skills you learn, and assist the company to meet its revenue targets. The duration of this role is dependent on your ability to uncover sales and partnership opportunities for business development, meeting set quotas, and a general understanding of our company, our solution and the ERP ecosystems we operate in. The primary duty involves tracking and following up on the leads generated based on Data Masons’ marketing efforts.

Essential Functions:

  • Proactively call into prospective customers to learn about, understand, and ultimately uncover sales opportunities.
  • Proactively call into prospective partners to learn about, understand, and ultimately uncover partnering opportunities.
  • Partner with quota carrying Business Development Managers and the Director of Business Development to learn and understand the full sales cycle process.
  • Provide superior customer service by offering accurate product & partnership information and timely follow-up in a professional manner.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach by asking appropriate questions seeking to understand the prospective customers’ EDI requirements.
  • Utilize Data Masons’ internal CRM & Workflow system to accurately track progress and share updates.

  • Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization.
  • Outbound and inbound account management.
  • Supporting the reseller communication channel throughout the sales interval.
  • Attending sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts, reporting on market situation.

Competencies:

  • Some prior inside sales, customer service or telemarketing experience preferred and a strong aptitude for sales.
  • Experience with Business Systems and processes.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft or Exact ERP products or channel is a plus.
  • Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Partner Alliance Manager

Status: Full-time / Exempt

Job Description:

The Partner Alliance Manager, you will work with our sales, marketing, and services organizations to increase brand awareness, build professional relationships, and drive revenue growth for Data Masons through new partner relationships.

  • Managing relationships with partners to promote Vantage Point EDI
  • Evaluating and Recruiting new and strategic Partners that align with Data Masons’ vision

  • Facilitating relationships between the partners sales & marketing team and the Data Masons sales & marketing team in order to drive the sales process
