Data Masons Announces New Customer Portal to Support Vantage Point Customers

Continuing Data Masons’ commitment to maximizing its customers’ experience with Vantage Point, a new customer portal will be available to customers in June 2012. This new portal will give customers immediate and convenient access to software downloads and updates, product documentation and additional support options, including the ability to: 

  • Register a support call;
  • Search the extensive knowledge base;  
  • Request a quote for additional software and trading partner maps; and
  • For premium support users, access live technical support chat.

 

Customers will have the ability to log a support call using the Customer Portal.

 

Customers can easily request a quote for additional software and trading partner maps.
